Cloud Masons is a Salesforce Registered Consulting Partner based out of Adelaide, South Australia. Since opening in 2015, we have been flat out building apps like ecoSIStem and skedupay for the Salesforce AppExchange, as well as delivering customer success solutions for clients in various industries including aged care, higher education, manufacturing, industrial relations, financial services, real estate & even the pawnbroking industry.Our approach is simple - Customer Experience + Employee Experience + Salesforce = customer success. We've learnt over the last 5 years that technology is just an enabler of a solution, not the solution itself. In fact, it is a combination of business process re-engineering and some technical capability that can and does deliver the right outcome. We can and do challenge you to think of the options and alternatives in how you operate. We will engage the end-but we will provide the guidance and expertise that will deliver the right outcome, not just the right solution.Our Team are all highly skilled with an average of 10 years experience in the CRM and enterprise software development space. All our developers hold multiple Salesforce certifications and have considerable skills in custom Apex development & Lightning Components too. After 5 years in the Salesforce Partner ecosytem & 2 AppExchange Apps (with lots more to come), we've earnt our stripes and we know what Salesforce solution(s) will address each customer's challenges.
