We install a CloudFast agent on each machine which allows us to perform monitoring, patch management and allows users to request support from our support agent on their task bar. The agent also allows us, with user authorization, to view the user's screen and to remote control their system for effective and efficient remote support. This includes centrally managed and monitored antivirus (WebRoot) and anti-malware (Malwarebytes) agents running on all computers.
