It is with regret that we have to inform you that Cloudlynx AG with headquarters in Freienbach / SZ is filing for bankruptcy. All employees have been dismissed in accordance with national law and as per contractual notice periods. Cloudlynx AG is a start-up company which has rolled out its Swiss pharma-ready cloud solution on 16th April 2015. As a start-up it is dependent on continuous external funding until its business operation is self-supporting. As a result of the lead investor's sudden and for the board of directors unexpected decision to stop the financing of Cloudlynx we are not longer in a position to cover the operational cost. Therefore the board of directors is forced to file for bankruptcy to protect the interests of the creditors and employees of the company.
