Cloudrocket specializes in understanding the Microsoft cloud--Office 365, Microsoft CRM, and Windows Azure. We're specifically interested in helping customers get more out of their MSCRM and helping them hook MSCRM up to their websites. We're building a SharePoint app that adds MSCRM-backed e-commerce (catalog, cart, and checkout) to SharePoint Online public-facing web sites, and we'll sell it through Microsoft stores. We think it will help smaller businesses succeed with enterprise-grade e-commerce that they can actually afford and understand how to use. We do targeted MSCRM consulting that comprises 1) looking into how you're using your MSCRM today, 2) briefing managers on what is possible with your current system, 3) customizing MSCRM with dashboards, reports, workflows, and help to get it all going, and 4) training your line managers and staff on how to unlock that new value. Cloudrocket sells Point8020's ShowMe video training products for SharePoint 2010/2013, Office 2013, and MSCRM. These videos are short (30 seconds to 2 minutes) demonstrations of single tasks. When you get stuck, you can watch a short video right there inside your application that shows you exactly how to do it. Cloudrocket also produces custom software demonstration videos, and we can produce them for you. We like Point8020's delivery platform (ShowMe Studio) for integrating videos into corporate networks, but of course we'll deliver them in the exact form you need.
