Nonprofit Organization Management - Buenos Aires, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina
The "Club de Empresas e Instituciones Comprometidas" (Companies and Institutions Commited Club), the "CEIC", is a formal work network composed of private and public sector actors, who share a Vision, a Mission and specific Objectives. We are a group of companies and institutions that share experiences focused on improving the employability of People with Disabilities. The CEIC is a "non profit organization"; is a meeting place to which companies voluntarily join, it is free, and these should only bring their experience of inclusion and want to share it, or want to start in the process of inclusion and adhere to the CEIC to seek some help from those who have the experience. Our Vision is "That Companies and Institutions of Argentina be recognized as referents in improving the employability of people with disabilities." To this end, our Mission is to "Consolidate a Formal Network of Companies and Institutions that promote employment opportunities for people with disabilities, improving employability, facilitating their recruitment and re-employment"Some of the "partner" companies of this club have several years of experience in labor inclusion, some of them with consolidated corporate programs and others in the process of maturation, and many others just started. Large multinationals and small and medium-sized enterprises (PyMEs) in different business areas, form work commissions for the implementation of a plan committed by the group, which allows each year to achieve increasing results about job inclusion of PwD, even in the face of varying situations of the country's economy and markets.
