ClubRaphael is creating a new category of ownership in destination homes, making it more easier and accessible for everyone. We help people buy and co-own spectacular destination homes through property-specific micro clubs of not more than 10 owners. This means we are reducing the cost of ownership; removing all the usual hassles associated with destination home ownership; while providing access to a lifestyle and investment that would have been otherwise unattainable for most buyers.Our platform acts as the neutral moderator among the co-owners, supported by our technology product that addresses all the ‘what-if' scenarios that could come up in a co-ownership arrangement. Scheduling is easy with our mobile app, built on top of proprietary scheduling algorithms that ensures fair and equitable allocation of stays among all co-owners.
