Clusterhaus is a new and exciting project to create a physical space for tech startups in Cologne (6,500sqm), Vienna (1,200 sqm), Bratislava (1,400 sqm), Budapest (1,500 sqm) and Brno (1,160 sqm) reaching out to entrepreneurs across Europe with a focus on CEE. The aim is to get as many start-ups under one roof per city as possible. Synergies will follow. The space combines the benefit of a traditional office, namely having your dedicated space, with the pros of co-working, namely networking, relevant events & companies in the space, inspiration and know-how exchange. We call this Proworking.Clusterhaus is affordable and accessible, with a great environment to bring together the right people in one place. Offices are rented out by sqm pricing and a DIY approach to keep costs lean/flexible, i.e. serviced desks are available.
