Our clients began to ask if we would offer long term leases that they could budget with their rent roll. This in turn offered less up front expenses to them. At the same time we started to offer long term leases we also launched our short term leasing division.Our short term leasing division is tailored to individual renters, corporate housing providers, and home staging. This divisions grew much quicker than we could have ever anticipated. The short term leasing division services the entire state of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin.
