Often at the same time.Her specialty is tailoring copy for audiences and addressing the obstacles that cause customers to stop before they buy.Her family recently returned to the US from China, where she was the Deputy Managing Editor at Beijingkids/Jingkids International, Beijing's essential international family resource, spearheading their new video content and consistently hitting views goals while growing their WeChat following. She offers advice on how to "Make it Work as a Work-at-Home-Parent" (book out in late 2021 by Orange Blossom Publishing) and is on a search to remove her family's dependency on plastic. Cindy is Communications Advisor for the Women's Theatre Festival (NC) and recently consulted with arts organizations on how to live their mission in the virtual worlds, namely for the LA Writers Center and as a Producer for Directors Lab West: Connects. She wrote and managed the blogs for many entrepreneurial businesses and nonprofits, is a published short story writer and member of the Author's Guild and the Nonfiction Writers Association.Cindy ran workshops around Orlando and now in Beijing to help people "Make it Work as a Work-at-Home-Parent," including one hosted by the Orange County Public Library. She's been sourced on the topic for the PAAL (Parent Artist Advocacy League) Readiness Series on work-at-home-parenting, Wired, Care.com, and more. Having spent over a decade in Los Angeles as a consultant for entrepreneurs and the arts, her workshops used a highly organized and creative approach to help clients articulate their values and strategies; these included an NEA funded workshop series to elevate local theaters.
