We can recruit, train and offer mentoring & support to Apprentice & Trainees, whilst providing critical administrative support for Host EmployersOur Apprentices & Trainees complete Nationally Recognised Qualifications as part of their paid traineeship or apprenticeship. These qualifications provide Host Employees with a broad range of skills designed to meet the needs of relevant positions within the industry.As the legal employer, CnG Employment takes care of all the HR and administration requirements for the trainee and we can also provide mentoring and support for the trainee's supervisor/manager if needed. This frees your staff up to focus on what they know and do best, and help develop the practical industry skills and knowledge of your trainees. This focus allows the trainee to help put into practice the skills and knowledge they have learnt in the classroom in a real-world environment.
