I work as an advisor on crops from field grown to glasshouse covering every aspect of growing and managing crops to maximise returns. I advise and develop QA systems and personnel for packhouses and food operations, including HACCP and risk assessments. In addition I assist companies to improve their facilities and the management of their operations. I have successfully developed new products for companies from research to finished product on the shelves in supermarkets.
