Co-Balance is the integration of spiritual practice, meditation, praying, yoga and coaching. An important part of my personal journey is to meditate every day using Buddhist techniques to train the mind. Yoga keeps me in touch with my body and provides me with energy and harmony. Praying is the way a use to talk to God, be grateful and received guidance. Finally but not least, coaching is the best way to communicate and understand other people.
