Co-Creative Business Consulting is a black women led collective of master educated professionals, with diverse skill sets, providing customized Community-based solutions for our clients. By aligning leadership, strategy, and local culture, we use a hands-on approach to facilitate the co-creation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility initiatives for organizations and the communities they serve. Their work is grounded in data-informed research and evidence-based practices that elevate the community voice through a mix of collective strategies to include community convenings, educational learning experiences, cultural-based event productions, and immersive travel experiences. Our goal is to create healthy sustainable communities that feel empowered to take political and social action.
