We are a Personalized Training Center that promotes the value of co-creation as a new way of leading personal life, organizations and society. Founded in 2009 by Lic. Katrina Rodriguez, creator of the innovative Coach Acting methodology, a reference in generating and facilitating processes of change, improvement and learning. The name of our center coincides with that of the Methodology. The words "Coach" and "Acting" give meaning to the processes we promote in people. It unites two key processes for the development of skills. "Coach" because in each meeting we invite you to reflect and activate the motivation for action and "Acting" because each person develops their personal commitment to execute conscious actions that bring them closer to their objectives. Our mission is to promote a new generation of leaders and professionals who make their decisions from an inclusive consciousness, trying to ensure their personal growth and the environment in which they move. Love, Excellence and Synergy are the values that are implicit in each project that we promote and translate into commitment, congruence and co-creation. The Coach Acting® methodology is based on the principles of coaching and, based on them, combines a strategic, educational and philosophical vision in each session / meeting, addressing a subjective and pragmatic reciprocal approach. It generates the awareness of the change, improvement, learning that the person or group needs to carry out defining the commitment to get out of the current situation and reach the desired one. We create customized Programs designed according to the needs of the client / collaborator. We offer training in virtual and face-to-face formats, as well as In company. The added value of our sessions are the "Master Experiences" that we provoke in each encounter. We achieve that the experience of an experience becomes the teacher of learning.
