CoachAid is a Global Not for Profit driven coaching service aimed at serving people who need it most as they face change in their life. This includes individuals directly impacted by the changing economic and social environment and, leaders of organisations at the front lines who are creating systemic change in society and the environment.Our vision is to change the course of global wellbeing. Our purpose is to provide free, or affordable, one to one coaching globally, to specific communities who are dealing with personal, professional and/or societal change. CoachAid works with individuals in need of coaching because of change in their life personally and or professionally (first aid as it were); leaders and managers in organisations that are creating systemic change. We have chosen three core behaviours that will underpin all that we are and do: Care, Clear and Committed. This is one of the most confronting times in human history. The global economy is expected to lose nearly $8.5 trillion in output over the next two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic (United Nations 13th May 2020).We want to ensure that people have more access to the support they need. On March 30th 2020, we attracted 350 volunteer coaches from every continent in less than a week who conducted free coaching sessions in every corner of the globe. From those volunteers, we've assembled a team of leaders from South America, North America, Africa, Europe, UK, Asia & Australia and now WE WANT TO DO MORE.
