Coachange.org is a development practice and was founded in 2003 by Lorenza Clifford.We provide Executive Coaching, Coach Development and Coach Supervision.We understand how to create a phenomenal space for exploring, processing and understanding ourselves, each other and our world; so that people connect and harmonise better and produce more valuable interactions and results.For those who are interested to know: our approach is relational, experiental, systemmic: in a nutshell we work in a co-constructionist frame, informed by research in psychology and neuroscience.Our mission is to help people become transformational leaders by learning about their context and themselves, understanding their values, patterns, stories and 'shadow'. Their development will lead to increasing curiosity about others, about human systems and about the key principles of groups.As new meaning emerges, as we co-create, more sustainable future ambitions, vision, narrative and voice become possible. Coachange consists of a small core team plus our partners in similar businesses. We use a network approach to provide for our clients.We also provide development in coaching and experienced supervision for coaches, 1:1 and in small trio groups.
