Zacharjasz, MS, ACC, CPC, founder of Coaching for Resilience and a Certified Professional Coach, helps people over 50 gain courage and resilience through significant work, health, and family changes so they can thrive moving forward. Whether you're navigating relationships with adult children, adjusting to a family chronic illness, caring for aging parents, a spouse, or an adult child, or planning for retirement, Jan's approach is individualized to provide you the support, confidence, and resources you need to flourish again. Jan provides individual coaching, workshops on resilience, successful aging, and care for caregivers, and life purpose and energy assessments. In addition, we help organizations build resilience in their staff to address morale, burnout, and the isolation and fear so many experienced throughout the pandemic. Today, it's paramount that workers adapt to change and remain productive whether working in person, remotely, or in a hybrid setting. Our workshop, Being Resilient through COVID and Beyond, turns resilience into practical skills that apply to challenges in today's workplace and at the personal level.
