Brett Macias has spent 20 years working as a composer, musical director, and orchestrator for Broadway, Off-Broadway, as well as shows and orchestras around the country. He brings his extensive work with artists from all disciplines and his collaborative spirit to coaching through a co-active model where a designed alliance is created between the client and the coach to create a cohesive bond. From there coach and client dive deep into goals, values, and life purpose to determine next steps for the client. He holds an MFA from NYU Graduate Musical Theater Writing and is gaining certification through the ICF: International Coaching Federation and CTI: Co-Active Training Institute.
