Tiffanie Lai (Tiff) is a Certified Executive Coach who brings over a decade of HR experience, leadership development, and International Coaching Federation affiliated coaching education to her coaching services. Tiff works with high-achieving clients who spend their time exceeding expectations of others and not enough time identifying and working towards their desired future. Through Trusted Partnership, Supported Self-Discovery, Collaborative Inquiry and Empowered Action, Tiff helps clients connect with their inner voice. Coaching with Tiff is located on the Unceded Territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We acknowledge the continuous harmful impacts inflicted by the colonization on Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour.
