We focus on both novice coaches and on coaches who want to be really "masterful". In addition, we provide a training program for experienced coaches preparing for their International Coach Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC) accreditation.We provide:Professional coaching training (in-company)More and more companies want to be able to call on in-house coaches. What is coaching versus what is advice and how do participants know in what role they are, are the kinds of questions that come up in our in-company training courses in professional coaching.Coaching skills training for leaders (in-company)In the building of good co-operation within teams, leadership and coaching go hand in hand. Your MCC mentor coach will coach you on these issues and give you mentor advice when needed. WorkshopsWe have one-day workshops, where the emphasis is on intensive practice and feedback with no more than six participants per MCC coach-trainer.
