I helps to clarify these mums' doubts and get rid of their concerns. The mum and the coach work together as a team. The final purpose is to support the mother in her journey so she can savour this wonderful phase in life; to understand the changes that go along with this transformation; and to maximize the mum's resources and strategies to deal with the upcoming challenges.
