Our staff is background check qualified and trained to work efficiently so that your property is quality assured at check-in time. Owner, Parker Davis, founded this company after working as a cleaner in his youth and as an inspector throughout college. He understands the process and has created this company to make sure rental properties are spotless and ready for guests. Attending Virginia Military Institute, he knows the meaning of attention to detail and thoroughly completing a task.As a young company, we seek to grow our employee base and professional partnerships in the Wilmington area.
