During our two-to-four day programs, participants will work on-deck with fishermen harvesting mussels, groundfish, lobster, and oysters, and will tour the legendary Portland Fish Exchange. Throughout the program, participants will meet and learn from top seafood experts and community leaders. Each day's experiences will be translated into a hands-on culinary education as participants cook their catch of the day with Barton Seaver.
