Coastal Fit is San Francisco's premier personal training company. We are a mobile based company where we come directly to your house, park, ocean beach or wherever you feel most comfortable getting the workout you deserve. We want our clients to first be comfortable with their surroundings and then be comfortable with themselves. Health is a part of our daily lives and we want everyone to be a part of this great lifestyle and flourish in the numerous benefits that comes with it. The services we offer are personal training and small group training. We incorporate a variety of different exercise equipment with each workout including: TRX, bowflex dumbbells, hyperwear sandbags, kettle bells, stability balls, bosu balls, yoga mats etc... Our mission is to motivate everyone, inspire growth and accomplish everything.
