COBB Marketing was founded in 1970 as a traditional marketing company. COBB is one of the three oldest marketing agencies in Colorado. For many years, COBB focused primarily on "traditional" or print marketing including business cards, brochures, flyers, and posters for small to medium sized businesses including Alpine Bank , Hoskin Farina, and St. Mary's. COBB's community roots extended to local municipalities including general marketing services and the development of tourism campaigns for the cities of Fruita and Palisade.Headquartered in Grand Junction, COBB rapidly became the most well-known marketing agency on the Western Slope.As the needs of businesses changed, COBB began providing additional marketing and advertising services including radio ads, television ads, and websites. It began serving the largest medical companies providers in the region including Saint Mary's, Monument Health, and New West Physicians. While maintaining quality services to small businesses and municipalities, COBB also began working with large manufacturers and construction companies with operations throughout the United States and globally including Spendrup, Asphalt Systems Inc., Halbert Construction Co., and Geovic Mining. COBB's work won prestigious Telly and Davey Awards as well as Colorado Healthcare Communicators - Gold Leaf Awards. COBB evolved from an "advertising agency" into a "strategic marketing firm" that plays an integral role in our community partners' successes.
