Based in Traverse City, our mission is to invest in and create thoughtful multifamily and manufactured housing solutions and boutique hospitality experiences. Our multifamily strategy focuses on the workforce. From young professionals to blue collar workers, there is a gap in the housing market in Northwest Michigan. As business owners we understand the economic and labor effects of inadequate housing supply. As investors we seek to provide the range of housing options necessary to attract and retain talented workers. Our hospitality strategy is to address under-served market segments.
