An Orlando-based company committed to providing high quality chocolate made using Fair Trade cocoa beans, organic sugar and natural flavoring. A unique-tasting chocolate made using a 400-year-old Aztec-inspired recipe. Also known as "Cioccolato di Modica", it originates from Modica, a breathtaking baroque town situated in the south-eastern part of Sicily, Italy, that preserved this style of chocolate from being transformed by the industrial age. The peculiarity of Modica Chocolate is the grainy-crumbly feel, thanks to the cold preparation that doesn't allow the sugar to melt, therefore keeping its crystallized form.
