Cocondo transforms old bunkers along the Dutch coast into ecological and meaningful places to stay. This way we provide a camouflaged and sustainable alternative for coastal construction and take care of the heritage and surrounding nature.In order to demonstrate that seaside recreation in harmony with nature is possible, we started a pilot project in 2020. In Hoek van Holland a former telephone bunker has been transformed into a small family residence.
