Our intention is that the insurance company knows permanently and without effort, the daily valuation of the services provided by the final customer.- Immediate detection of unsatisfied clients, anticipating possible lost -> When a response occurs below a predetermined limit, the information is automatically sent to a responsible person or department of the insurance company, with the ID of the insured.- Compare and / or classify the providers, depending on the quality of the services provided -> We send a daily list, with all intermediary companies classified by one or more variables. From this classification, the insurance company can manage incentives, penalties, new hires, etc.
