We're creating the global index of coder quality. The index provides evidence of a coder’s true skill, grounded in reality. This evidence is tracked through our unique CredScore, which like a fingerprint celebrates an individual’s code skill. It will revolutionize the way coders and managers relate to each other by offering a universal way to interpret coder diversity and quality and uplift performance. Our index powers two products, enabling users to measure and master coding skills against a planet full of coders.MEASURE enables hiring managers to pre-qualify candidates’ skills against internal norms to get the best-fit coder for the job. MASTER, our intended flagship product, profiles the coders’ work on the job, shining a light on where to remediate and improve quality. Managers can tag individuals to teams, codify & compare performance and know where to get uplift.
