COEP FOSSMEET is organized by COEP's Free Software Users Group (CoFSUG), Internet and Cyber Security Research Group (ICSRG) and by the students of COEP. With the vision to promote the culture of openness of code, innovation in technology and freedom to modify to your liking, the meet intends to bring together FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) developers, academicians, researchers and interested students. In order to fulfill its purpose of propagating FOSS ideology, the meet conducts various activities including hands-on sessions and interactive lectures. It is an excellent opportunity for students and developers-alike who wish to know more about the FOSS culture and new developments in the FOSS realm.
