Coexistence Collaborative is a social enterprise offering intercultural consultation and coaching. The proceeds are dedicated to organizations that support initiatives benefiting people with disabilities in stressed communities (without available services) around the world.We work with organizations to create business solutions that address issues related to workplace diversity with strategies that foster intercultural competence.We also provide one-on-one intercultural/executive coaching with international business executives based in the US. We offer confidential support to the individual in navigating through the organizational complexities that arise from intercultural difference.We believe that when difference in the workplace is not acknowledged or understood, people are excluded and not able to work and grow to their hightest potential. Developing intercultural sensitivity within an organization improves morale, increases productivity, enriches corporate culture and minimizes legal risk.
