Coffee Couture's Recipe for an Exceptional Espresso Bar: Amazing Coffee + Highest Quality Machines + Expert Baristas We use Cafe Calabria coffee, which is locally roasted in San Diego! Our machines are La Marzocco, hand made in Italy and only used in the most high end coffee shops. Finally, our baristas are all artists- they are expert drink makers but also trained in latte art so they put a beautiful heart or rosetta on top of every drink they create. We combine all three to provide you and your guests with the real coffee shop allure that will add the finishing touch to your special event. When we say gourmet, we mean it!
