We are considered a "small-batch" roaster in the world of professional coffee roasters, as our coffee roasting facility utilizes a state of the art 12-pound Primo Coffee Roaster using infrared technology to ensure even heat distribution to every bean. Every roast is tended to with the utmost care to ensure that key flavor characteristics are released at the optimum roasting time.While this may not be as large a roaster as some other coffee roasters use, we delight in the ability to roast for individuals and large wholesale accounts without compromising any quality between the two. We offer an incredible selection of the finest gourmet coffees which have been sourced from all over the world. Some of these are offered as single-origins, meaning they only contain beans from that specific country, while others are offered as gourmet blends, such as our Black & Tan. If you are looking for an exceptional single origin, or an exquisite blend – you won't be disappointed. All coffee is shipped within 1-2 days of roasting. We select and roast only the finest quality beans from our importers.
