Managing principles of Coffee House Properties, LLC are Heather Stonner, Rocco Sirrizotti, and Dave Sanchez. Dave Sanchez has been involved in multi-family properties for the last five years. He has thirty years of experience investing in commercial and single-family properties. Dave's focus on these projects is area analysis, physical due diligence, and capital raise. After closing he focuses on rehab and major maintenance issues. Rocco Sirizzotti has been involved in multi-family properties for two years. Rocco purchased his first rental property 20 years ago. In 2008 he purchased 30 unit rentals, of which he still owns 27. Rocco's focus with these projects is securing the capital, debt financing, and working with the legal team. Heather Stonner has been involved with multi-family properties for the past two years. Heather's focus with these projects is completing all financial due diligence, setting up Insurance, Property Management and Vendors. After closing she will focus on Asset Mgmnt to meet projections made to investors. She currently is Asset Manager for 215 Units. Prior to real estate, Rocco was the owner/CEO of Medical Logistic Solutions, Inc. In 2002 Heather joined as an equity partner and served as COO. They grew the company to 500+ employees doing $22 M across 27 states. In Aug 2014, they sold the company to a private equity-owned larger company, where Heather served as the division President until Sept of 2015.
