Coffey County Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital founded in 1954 in Burlington. CCH earned national accreditation in July of 2017. Our thirteen staff physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners offer unparalleled care in state-of-the-art facilities. Fifteen of the region's top medical specialists offer outpatient services at Coffey County Hospital.Our continuum of care also includes CHS Rehabilitation & Wellness Services (speech language pathology and physical/occupational therapy), countywide emergency medical services, and five medical clinics:Coffey County Medical Center in Burlington,Gridley Medical Clinic,LeRoy Medical Clinic,Waverly Medical Clinic, andYates Center Medical Clinic.When residential care is needed, we offer two services. The Meadows Independent & Assisted Living provides one- and two-bedroom apartments with personal assistance available based upon individual needs.
