Civic & Social Organization - Cazouls-d'Hérault, Occitanie, France
Urbanization and artificialisation of the land are one of the main causes of biodiversity loss. However, certain species adapt and adopt the urban environment. This is the case, for example, of the Peregrine Falcon, which nests and lives in many metropolitan areas (New York, Paris, Toulouse, Sète). Strength of this observation, our association wishes to restore living space to urban wildlife, by helping communities and individuals to promote this coexistence. Our flagship actions are as follows: - The creation of lodges and nesting boxes for wild fauna (birds, mammals, insects) adapted to integrate into construction or to be installed. - The writing of a book on the theme of cohabitation - The laying of an eco-pipeline: air bridge over the routes intended for red squirrels in areas with a high crushing rate
