Cohesive Concepts provides coaching, mentoring and facilitation services. We support leaders and entrepreneurs in growth, transition, and change. Taking charge and managing change rather than have change manage us. We are not afraid to challenge concepts, ideas, and processes. Both owners have managed companies, worked for non-profit organizations that are entrepreneurial, using social enterprise to diversify their revenue base, and are well versed in the challenges that face businesses and organizations in growth and stagnation.We facilitate using a coach approach. Our services include group, team and board work. We probe and support creative solutions to problems that may initially seem unsurmountable. Our Third Act program, developed in Ireland by Dr. Edward Kelly, provides a structure for individuals transitioning into retirement to reflect and plan what that retirement will be. Our program for business allows businesses to plan for the loss of corporate intelligence and provide a platform for soon to become retirees to slowly transition out of their corporate role.
