Founded in 2004, Cold Fusion Gelato has always been family-owned and operated. In a past life, our Grand Pooh-Bah and fearless leader was a Wall Street banker who got tired of being, well, a Wall Street banker. He realized that he'd rather make gelato and sorbet that made people smile! Each of our gelato and sorbet flavors are made by a person, not by a factory, and we always follow the truest Italian traditions. Our scrumptious frozen desserts are made using the freshest possible ingredients: fruits plucked from the tree at their moment of peak ripeness, as well as the world's finest nuts, finest chocolates, and rarest herbs and spices. Artisan means that our product is hand-made, using all-natural ingredients sourced locally from people we know and trust. The result of all of this love and dedication is a silky, cool, uplifting fusion of flavor. We currently work with retailers, restaurants, hotels and meeting and conference centers in the New England and Metro-NYC Markets and are happy to work with you and your business, no matter what the size. We offer 11 flavors in retail pint sizes, as well as over 300+ varieties for foodservice. We offer 4 convenient sizes: 5 liter pans, 1.5 gallon boxes,3 gallon boxes. Also, we can work with you to customize ANY flavor you can imagine!Cold Fusion is based in Walpole, Massachusetts with a seasonal gelateria in Newport, RI which is open mid spring through the summer.
