Coldwater Gardens is an agritourism & ecotourism retreat located in Milton, FL. They focus on education, recreation, and exploration of nature and agricultural practices. By offering certified naturally grown produce to the Milton and Pensacola communities, and soon to their very own restaurant, they hope to provide insight to the true meaning of eating locally. In addition to the gardens and restaurant, they host a wide variety of events and overnight guests in their 5 cottages, 6 glamping tents, or 10 primitive camp sites right on the sandbars of Coldwater Creek. In addition to overnight accommodations, they also have an event center complete with an equipped commercial kitchen and large outdoor area for private events. Currently they are offering garden tours Wednesday – Sunday at 9am, 11am, and 1pm. The creek is accessible for day use Wednesday – Sunday from 8am to 8pm and is available for private party rental and overnight stays.
