Why should you work with me? I have owned Stewart Systems Inc. for since 1991 and am a sole proprietor, focusing on technical placement in the commercial software product space. I know that my segment of the industry (recruiting) has not always enjoy the best reputation, here is how I believe I set myself apart from some of my colleagues. I really understand the software product world and spent nine years in the industry before going to the agency side (some refer that as the dark side).. I believe that the job search process belongs to the job seeker and that my role is that of a facilitator, you will never get a hard sell from me. I have a reputation for honesty and integrity and have a good sense of humor. . Some people ask why I don't have a corporate website. The reason is simple, I go out and find candidates, they are not searching for me. My company, Stewart Systems Inc., has been in business since October of 1991, specializing in Software Engineering placement. I previously worked for 9 years on the corporate staffing side with Data General, Prime Computer and Data Architects before moving to the employment agency side. My firm specializes in the field of Software Engineering, focusing primarily in software product development. I also do work in software quality assurance, technical support, training, documentation and product management but my primary focus is commercial software product development.
