Dedicated to the IT, marketing and communication community, this new coworking space offers workspaces for individuals and organizations that clearly enjoy a great open and luminous loft. Located in the heart of the cool and trendy Plateau Mont-Royal, on an pedestrian avenue on Roy Street (corner of rue St André), the building is facing a nice public square with lots of trees and cachet. Close to many restaurants and cafés, this 2500sf open space is a heaven of peace, work and creativity. It offers natural light form all directions from morning to evening; an ideal working environment for companies of various sizes who shares the coworking spirit! The loft has 24 dedicated workstations that can be joined together according to needs, 3 closed offices with glass doors, 2 conference rooms (accomodating 6 and 12 persons), a large kitchen and an eating area for 15 persons. Events, 5 à 7 and various functions can also be organized on location during evenings and weekends.
