College Code Details
College Code is an online educational platform that offers various technology related courses to students willing to enter any tech-oriented field. The web platform currently hosts courses in game development, web development, object-oriented programming and information security, provided by a dedicated team of volunteer instructors and IT experts. The main scope for the College Code project is to provide a free online resource that can be used by all four common types of learners: visual learners, auditory learners, reading & writing learners and kinesthetic learners. To efficiently deliver content to each College Code student, instructors have incorporated visual, written and practical elements such as GIF animations, graphs, slideshows, written/video tutorials, written/visual step-by-step instructions, exercises and quizzes for each lesson. In addition to free information technology education, College Code constantly publishes blog posts and podcasts about interesting technology talking points featuring instructors and other weekly guests. College Code instructors would also be pleased to connect and interact with students through the College Code forum or the College Code discord channel.
