We live locally and our great service is always available to our clients.Here is a list of our daily duties:-Garbage pickup, replace liners, clean receptacles-Vacuum carpets, rugs, runners, etc.-Clean and polish glass doors and entryways-Bathroom cleaning including cleaning and disinfection of commodes, urinals, and sinks, polishing mirrors, refilling paper products and soaps, and also polishing stainless steel dispensers-Dust mop and wet mop of all hard floors including ceramic tile, vinyl tile, travertine, wood, and painted concrete-Dusting and polishing wood furniture, wall frames, and decorative wood trim-Cobweb and high dusting from floor to ceiling in corners, around light fixtures, air vents, and blinds-Polish all stainless steel in elevators and water fountains-Outside debris collection-Reporting of any observations made about facility such as leaks or broken fixtures
