In addition to regular outpatient therapy, the clinic has an extended stay facility where patients can undergo testing or treatment that requires several hours to complete. Examples of such services include medication desensitizations, "rush" immunotherapy, and placebo-controlled food challenges.The Columbia Asthma & Allergy Clinic also has its own in-house lab facility for in-vitro allergy testing, which distinguishes it from other clinics in the area.
