Columbus Tutoring was founded in 2012 to provide students with structured, quality and customised tuition. The founders drew from their diverse backgrounds in Medicine, Engineering, Law, Commerce and Philosophy to tailor and produce courses that not only provided course content closely adhering to the WA syllabus, but also practical problem solving skills, relatable examples and deep understanding. The tutors at Columbus Tutoring are highly qualified with backgrounds in such fields such as Medicine, Engineering, Commerce and Law from the University of Western Australia. Each tutor is locally educated with extensive experience and success in the WA schooling system allowing them to pass on practical skills such as study tips, exam techniques in addition to syllabus related content. Our team members hold among them numerous prestigious accolades such as General Exhibition Awards, Subject Duxes, and Certificates of Excellence as well as awards in national and international academic competitions At Columbus Tutoring, we believe that each student has within them the capacity of excellence, with our role being to enable them to achieve to the very best of their ability. Our tutors are passionate about teaching and having gone through the trials and tribulations of high school, they understand the needs of students.
