Comcell provides installation, commissioning and integration services across Australia as a specialist in carrier mobile networks. These highly technical services delivered by our team of telecommunications technicians revolve around the upgrade and installation of infrastructure to support the expansion of carrier 2G, 3G, 4G and wireless networks. The scope of works involved from upgrading and swapping out microwave links in major capital cities to encompass the country at large and a variety of technical works. This has included the deployment of new 3G base stations, antenna and feeder systems, along with the expansion of backhaul facilities including civil works and installation and commissioning of backhaul radio links. The unprecedented demand for 3G capacity has necessitated the selection of new hardware and the requirement to provision increased capacity for transmission, beyond what was initially planned. This exponential growth has resulted in new BTS, Radio and Fibre technologies and methodologies being deployed simultaneously with very little lead time calling upon our team's adaptability and solid technical expertise. Comcell has worked closely with Carriers and their partners to implement a standardised deployment methodology for the new BTS technology that meets all requirements including OH&S concerns. Due to a successful track record and "can do" approach, Comcell will continue to be a preferred vendor for Installation and Commissioning (I&C) services.
