Living Abundantly Ministries is a non-profit, ecumenical Christian ministry. We're incubating the vision for a 'Center of Excellence' to promote whole-person wellbeing through Christ-led and evidence based approaches.The ministry's flagship product is Come Alive!®, a small group program that connects spiritual and physical wellbeing. Come Alive! is built on three principles: Seek God First, Love & Be Loved and Honor God with Your Body. Participants in an 8-week pilot study published in the CDC's Preventing Chronic Disease Journal improved emotional wellbeing, lost weight, and reduced risk of chronic disease. Delivered in a familiar small group format, Come Alive! is simple to implement for churches, neighborhood studies, senior centers, colleges and other community-based settings.
