ComForCare specializes in home care services in Louisville, KY that create personalized care plans so that our clients receive support while still retaining independence. After contacting us, we first go to seniors' homes to observe and evaluate what level of care is needed. We take into consideration the expectations of the client while conducting this interview. We then carefully select a caregiver that we feel will work well with the client. After a caregiver has been assigned and a home care schedule has been devised, we follow up with frequent phone calls to make sure that clients are satisfied with all aspects of our service. Clients are also encouraged to call or speak to caregivers if there are any concerns or requests for specific services.
