Comfortzone Audio, although founded in 1994 has operated out of various locations including RCL Recording Studios in Glen Ellyn. The studio moved into the basement design of our 2001 Oswego Home. The entire lower level makes up the 5 room studio. With a private entrance to the expansive hallway that leads into the control room that looks out into the beautiful live room. Our control room was acoustically designed to react to sound in a flat response making the mixes that come out of here translate well in many different listening environments. The live room is large and treated with OC703 and made up many non-parallel surfaces with multiple angles to improve the shape and reverb length of the room. We have also custom designed 2 ISO amp rooms, control room and direct access to the garage from the main hallway for easy load in of large equipment and gear.
